Ultrasound imaging is sometimes referred to as Sonography. It's a process of taking images of the human body by using high-frequency sound waves. Images from reflected echoes are displayed and recorded. No radiation (x-ray) is used during ultrasound.
Ultrasound is an excellent means of investigating many internal organs in the body. The heart, gallbladder, liver, pancreas, kidneys, spleen, and bladder are just a few. MedPro is searching for a full time interventional radiologist with fellowship training and a strong interest in academics.
MedPro offers a diversified Radiology practice working with all modalities. MedPro’s Radiology group serves as faculty for Maricopa Medical Center (MMC) which is a teaching hospital with a Radiology Residency program with a close affiliation with the University of Arizona.
