California job opportunity for a fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist to join this dynamic group. This private practice, which operates out of a hospital and an imaging center, has a partnership opportunity for that special someone that wants to practice Interventional Radiology and pitch in with some Diagnostic Radiology. As a new Interventionalist, you will enjoy doing Interventional cases most of the time and you will have top-notch equipment and staff at your disposal all of the time. This group has a team of techs and nurses that are strictly dedicated to angiography that assist with all procedures. This is a normal 8-6 position with no call and no weekends. Compensation is handled like an Independent Contractor position with the ability to set your own schedule and time off. The medical community is a very tight-knit group and everyone believes in helping each other out. The city is bordered on one side by a beautiful and functional bay and on the other by mountains lush with giant redwoods which offer a reminder of the area’s rich logging heritage. A variety of cultural opportunities are available in this area as well, including active artisan, arts, and theater groups. Outdoor recreation is abundant with activities such as boating, sport fishing, kayaking, hunting, birding, and backpacking.
