Mammographer/MR strengths

A pair of radiologists running an outpatient center in the Bay area of California is looking to recruit their third full-time radiologist. Sub-specialty training in Mammography, Body Imaging, or MRI is a plus, and Mammo is. It is a patient oriented practice, as they spend time with their patients and are looking for someone that practices the same way.

A typical day entails about 30 Ultrasounds, 12-15 MR's, 12-15 X-Rays, 15 Dexa scans, and some breast biopsies. The equipment is all state-of-the-art. They have just purchased a 1.5 Tesla GE MR and it is cad-streamed for Breast MR. Mammo is digital.

This is a NO call, NO nights, and NO weekends position (Mon-Fri, 8a-5p)! You can choose to either work a 4 or a 5 day work week, too.

Initial income is negotiable depending on experience and competitive for the area. This is a partnership position and also is negotiable depending on experience. There is No buy-in and they own all of the equipment.

Benefits include: malpractice coverage, 6 weeks vacation (equal to partners), CME stipend, health and optical, retirement plan, gym membership, negotiable relocation package, etc...
