GENERAL/VASCULAR SONOGRAPHER


Come explore the Bay area of California. Experience the sights, the sounds, the food, the entertainment, and the natural beauty of the area. The facility is looking for an experienced General/Vascular Sonographer.

1. Certifications: ARDMS registry required.
2. Licensure: N/A, no state license required.
3. Experience: Two years of hospital based ultrasound experience required.
4. Equipment/Procedures: You will be working with Acuson Sequia (2). You will be expected to do full scope of General Ultrasound with limited amounts of Vascular. You will be primarily performing General AB, limited pelvis, and very limited amounts of OB, scrotum, DVT's and thyroids.
5. Environment: You will be one of two sonographers working in the department, You will work under the supervision of department radiologists. Your shift will rotate, one week is 5 8 hour shifts, the next week is 4 - 10 hour shifts. No Call, no weekends. You will be performing about 12 procedures a day. Your housing is within 15-20 minutes from the facility and will be provided.
