Marketing Manager - Mountain View, CA
The Regional Marketing Manager is a direct report to the Sr. Director, World Wide Sales and is responsible for the overall sales business of the Ultrasound Division for Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include supporting all sales activities and programs, market research, understanding internal and external customer needs and understanding direct and indirect channel management. Based on this understanding, the Manager will develop the marketing plans, sales targets and customer awareness, while providing the region with the necessary selling resources and proactively implementing business goals. The Manager must be able to summarize market trends from above market knowledge and derive business implications for the Ultrasound Division including SWOT analysis, benchmarking and relative positioning of programs/promotions. The Manager must have an understanding of and appreciation for, Asian business operations and practices (sales channels, relationship modeling, marketing expectations, etc.) and derive implications for the sales approach. The Manager will also monitor and grow channels and market coverage.
A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5-7 years’ combined clinical and/or sales experience, including extensive interface with customers demonstrating a proven understanding of the Asian marketplace. Medical Ultrasound industry experience is preferred.
