Ultrasound imaging is sometimes referred to as Sonography. It's a process of taking images of the human body by using high-frequency sound waves. Images from reflected echoes are displayed and recorded. No radiation (x-ray) is used during ultrasound.
Ultrasound is an excellent means of investigating many internal organs in the body. The heart, gallbladder, liver, pancreas, kidneys, spleen, and bladder are just a few. Ultrasound Technologist
Reputable local outpatient imaging center seeking Sonographer for downtown Sacramento area location.
Sonographer will have at least 2 years experience providing ultrasound imaging and patient care in an acute care and/or outpatient imaging enviorment. Must have General Ultrasound and Vascular Ultrasound experience. ARDMS or eligible.
