SONOGRAPHER

Pediatrix Medical Group of Tennessee, P.C., a subsidiary of Mednax Services, Inc., the nation's leading provider of maternal-fetal, newborn and pediatric subspeciality physician services, has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Sonographer. The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer provides diagnostic ultrasound tests for patients in our Maternal Fetal Group office located in Nashville. This individual will also work with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to pregnant women seeking care in the Perinatal setting.

Requirements include:

High school diploma or GED.
Completion of a course in ultrasonic technology.
Minimum six-month experience as an ultrasound technician working in obstetrical and/or perinatology setting preferred.
CPR Certification
Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
