DIRECTOR OF RADIOLOGY SERVICES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Director will provide guidance to radiology department in researching and implementing new processes and procedures. The Director is responsible for formulating the department budget, facility planning, payroll approval and supply acquisition necessary to maintain workflow. The Director also provides direction and technical assistance for all Great Falls Clinic satellite facilities. The Director is responsible for assessing the effectiveness of Quality Control programs and for directing, implementing, and reviewing radiology policies and procedures. The Director is responsible for employee selection, performance evaluations and discipline. The Director will provide leadership, judgment, and analytical skills in directing radiology personnel towards completion of assignments and goals. Effective communication skills are paramount when interacting with staff and other members of the Great Falls Clinic health care team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Must Haves: Graduate of Accredited Radiologic Technology Program with current ARRT registration. At least, five (5) years technologist experience, and a minimum of three (3) years’ management/supervisory experience required. Current ARRT registration required, Montana State License required.

Like to Haves: A Bachelor’s Degree
