We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MRI & CT procedures on patients and ensuring the highest quality images are obtained while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct MRI & CT procedures on patients in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Review patient medical history and ensure that all necessary information is available prior to the procedure.
  • Ensure that patients are positioned correctly for the procedure and that they are comfortable throughout.
  • Administer contrast material when necessary and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and ensure that it is functioning properly.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the procedure to minimize risk to patients and staff.
  • Process and review images to ensure that they are of the highest quality and meet the needs of the interpreting physician.
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Educate patients about the procedure and answer any questions they may have.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Current state license as an MRI & CT Technologist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
