If you are looking for a rewarding Radiologist position in the Greater Los Angeles area in an outpatient setting, come join our Multi-Specialty group. With over 10 years of incredible growth our Multi-Specialty Practice that has a large and secure referral base. You will work with a strong team of dedicated technologists, administrators and staff as well as an established base of patients and referring physicians.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a dynamic and personable full-time Radiologist who will provide support for General Diagnostic, Mammography and Minor IR procedures. Proficiency is required in the following modalities: CT, NM, MRI, US, General X-ray and Fluoroscopy.

PET-CT, Mammography and Pediatric a plus but not required. Fellows are welcome and encouraged to apply!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Our ideal candidate must have experience performing in a high volume setting. Additionally, it is essential for this position to exhibit leadership behavior, follow company policies by collaborating with the Medical Director, Board of Directors, facility managers, technologists, and support personnel. Candidate must be Board certified and fellowship trained. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. 1.Lead the clinical administration function at posted location; ensure adequate quality assurance and regulatory compliance; provide direction to operational performance as it relates to clinical issues.
  2. 2.Oversight of documentation and protocols relating to and consistent with state and federal regulatory agencies.
  3. 3.Assist with the review and assessment of imaging equipment needs and participate in evaluation of acquisitions and equipment utilization as it relates to patient care.
  4. 4.Act as a resource and facilitator regarding adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
  5. 5.Assist in the representation of the Company and fellow radiologists at meetings both within the company and with key external clinical referral sources.
  6. 6.Keep abreast of new developments in Radiology.
  7. 7.Perform other duties as required or assigned by Medical Director.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to provide feedback to the radiologist affiliated with the organization in conjunction with the Medical Director in addition to providing professional readings.
  • Ability to interact effectively with patients and management.
  • Sub-specialty of Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology or Body Imaging.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills are required.
