POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Associates of Canton, a Radiology Partners practice is seeking a motivated radiologist, fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology with experience in Interventional Oncology to join our expanding practice and help grow our service lines. We are supported by IR Physician Assistants and have an established infra-structure for efficient, collaborative workflow throughout our practice.

Candidates must be Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology and interested in helping us to expand our interventional radiology and interventional oncology services in Canton, Ohio market. Some of the procedures our group performs include: Trauma embolization, chemoembolization, thermal ablation, Y-90 and other interventional oncologic procedures, UFE’s, GI/GU work, biliary work, TIPS/BRTO, venous access, dialysis related interventions including catheters and access maintenance, stents, angioplasty, varicocele embolization, IVC filters and vertebral augmentation. In addition, we have a very busy IR Clinic.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing interventional procedures 70-80% and be required to read diagnostic radiology studies, including radiographs, ultrasound, CT and MRI approximately 20%. In addition, the IR Clinic will need to be supported with both Inpatient and Outpatient consultation and follow-up.

• Board certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist
• The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be licensed in the state of OH
  • CAQ in IR
  • Be ACLS certified
