Dayton Pediatric Imaging (DPI) is a private practice located in Dayton, Ohio providing all radiological services to Dayton Children’s Hospital. We currently have four full time radiologists and two part time radiologists. DPI is recruiting additional, fellowship trained, general pediatric radiologists for either full time or part time employment with shareholder opportunity available (FT only)
This is a general pediatric radiology position requiring the candidate to read all modalities and perform fluoroscopy in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. There are significant opportunities for growth in subspecialties including interventional radiology (given the recent addition of a pediatric interventionalist to our practice), neuroradiology and fetal imaging. Our group is genuinely focused on providing excellent pediatric care and interacting with hospital and community physicians.

Hospital and Area
Dayton Children’s is a freestanding children’s hospital with more than 35 pediatric specialties. We serve a pediatric population of 510,000 from a 20-county region of central and southwestern Ohio and eastern Indiana. We are the only Level ll Pediatric trauma Center in Dayton, Ohio. A recently constructed eight-story, 260,000-square-foot patient care tower is located in the center of the hospital’s main campus. Also, a major expansion of the Outpatient Care Center and Urgent Care at our south campus, in Springboro, Ohio, includes Kid’s Express, a medical office building, a pediatric emergency department, an outpatient surgery center and a sleep lab.
The Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine department of pediatrics and its residency program are based at Dayton Children’s. Our physicians have the opportunity to hold faculty appointments at the Boonshoft School of Medicine and to teach medical students and residents. www.childrensdayton.org
While Dayton is the sixth largest city in Ohio, the Dayton region is the 73rd largest in the nation. We are often noted for our association with aviation - most notably due to the Wright brothers’ airplane invention. The city is home to the National Museum of the United State Air Force, some of the best private and public schools in the state, a vibrant arts and entertainment community and a beautiful system of parks, trails and river corridors.
