Sarasota Memorial Hospital is one of the largest public health systems in Florida specializing in heart, vascular, cancer and neuroscience services. They have a Level 3 NICU and a Level 2 Trauma Center.

POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Associates of Florida is seeking a full time fellowship trained Interventional Neuroradiologist (INR) to support our growing practice in Sarasota, FL. Sarasota Memorial Hospital houses a Comprehensive Stroke Center providing the only INR service in a 45 mile radius. The INR division has an exclusive service contract with the hospital.

This position will join an existing INR along with two stroke intervention trained Interventional radiologists and four (4) full-time APRN’s to assist with rounds, consults and clinic. The existing service enjoys excellent support from the hospital and a well-established Neurology stroke team. Weekly clinic time off-site is only a block away from the hospital for convenience. INR’ are also required to share in the Diagnostic Neuroradiology coverage.

This opportunity is a full-time, partnership track position. They offer the full range of benefits to include generous PTO and moonlighting opportunities.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • Completed fellowship training in Neuroradiology and Interventional Neuroradiology
