Diagnostic Radiologist in Sunny Southwest

Description

Partnership track position; Diagnostic Radiologist needed for busy private practice in Albuquerque, NM.

Our partners are dynamic and active. We work hard and enjoy time off. We value expertise and the ability to enjoy the great outdoors. The group is predominantly sub-specialized and looking to add hard working partners. We value fast and accurate reading. Our group prides itself on a high degree of cohesion, often participating as teams in races and charity events.

Our group holds an exclusive contract with the largest delivery system in the state. We have enjoyed this stability for over 40 years and work well with our providers. Our capacity to provide in house 24/7 hour coverage allows us additional stability and value to our partners.

We interpret predominantly general radiology studies from two outpatient centers and a busy hospital system including 9 hospitals.

Job options include:

9 hour afternoon to evening swing shift, one week on, one week off

12 hour overnight shift, one week on, two weeks off

Other shift options may be considered.

Two years to partnership. Experience in private practice and/or neuroradiology fellowship training preferred, but any candidate comfortable with a fast paced reading environment and competence in typical neuroimaging studies (including CTA/MRA) should apply.

Robust quality improvement plan in place allows quick feedback on reads. Generous CME allocation. Albuquerque offers a remarkably rich cultural life for its size, and also has low traffic volume and cost of living, and an easy pace of life.
