Private Radiology practice of 17 is seeking additional Radiologists to join their team. The group covers two hospitals in town and three other hospitals in outlying communities. Everyone partakes in covering all facilities. Will consider all qualified applicants – Ideal candidates are:

Interventional Rad – join four other IRs, must do general diagnostics as well. New hire will handle all aspects of IR except Arterial work. One of the IR’s is looking to slow down; new hire can expect the amount of IR to grow. Call for IR is 1:5. 350k salary first year, increase in 2nd year. Partnership after 2nd.

Breast or Body Imager that is proficient in all modalities. Everyone partakes in covering all facilities. Daily volume is 80-100 for a 9-hour shift, varying considerably from rad to rad Call will be no more than 1:10. They have two rads that cover nights and they are in process of perhaps adding different shifts but this is all in discussion.

Neuro Rad- join 3 other Neuroradiologists, new hire can expect a minimum of 25-50% Neuro with balance in general diagnostics. Call will be no more than 1:10.

Salary offer for the IR, Breast or Body Imager and Neurorad positions is 300k first year, 400k year 2. Full benefits including 11 weeks’ vacation (same as partners), malpractice, health insurance, relocation and more. Partnership after 2nd year earning 500k.

They are also looking for a NIR- this recruitment is for a new stroke program at a large hospital system. Although it is a new program, the new hire will have the benefit of working with an established team from another nearby hospital. Call will be 1:3. Because this is a new program, they would like to discuss the compensation directly with the candidate.

Located midway between Columbia and Myrtle Beach.
