Interventional Radiologist - Columbus, GA

Radiology Partners Georgia is a private practice looking for a full time Interventional Radiologist to join our team. The group has an excellent relationship with the hospital and the position provides a wide variety of procedures. You can expect to spend 70% of your time performing IR procedures with the balance in Diagnostic Radiology. Partnership is 1 or 2 years dependent upon experience offering a highly competitive salary and excellent benefits to include at least 11 weeks of PTO. Call is IR only with no nights or weekends and is on a Q3 schedule. No mammography, diagnostic call, or evening/overnight shifts. Both IR and stroke call are subsidized with total income over first four years north of 2.4 million. All IR procedure are performed in the main hospital.

• Intrarterial thrombectomy for Stroke
• PE thrombectomy, IVC filters

• GI/GU interventions
• Hemodialysis interventions including central venous access and declots

• Opportunity to grow service lines such as prostate artery embolization, peripheral vascular disease, and pain procedures


• IR fellowship trained
• Be comfortable with all aspects of interventional radiology and have the ability to read diagnostic exams

• American Board of Radiology certified or Board-Eligible (recent graduates falling under the new ABR guidelines)

• Possess or have the ability to obtain a Georgia License
• Will consider candidates with a H1-B visa currently working in the US
