Completion of a Radiology residency approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the Committee of Post-doctoral Training of the American Osteopathic Association or Canadian training programs approved by the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada or other appropriate Canadian medial authority.
Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology, AND continuous employment in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology OR in training for 24 months within the last 36 months.
Procedures include: Myelogram, Arthrogram, Upper GI/Barium Swallow, Percutaneous Biopsy and/or Aspiration, Small Bowel Follow Through/Enteroclysis, Mammogram (to include Needle Localization).
This position will be employed with benefits including 160 hours paid time off, 10 Federal Holidays, life and disability insurance, Aetna HealthCare, CME stipend, relocation OR as an Independent Contractor with an hourly rate.
The schedule is Monday through Friday. Shifts will be 8.5 hours equating to a 40-hour work week.
Malpractice is covered by the military.
The patient base includes the active duty soldiers and their families.
Any active state license is accepted – you do not have to have a Florida license.
