Emergency Radiologist (Onsite) - Greensboro, NC
Subspecialty: Emergency Imaging

Greensboro Radiology is a subspecialized private practice group with 70+ radiologists in central North Carolina and whose mission is to lead radiology excellence through personalized and compassionate care. We have demonstrated this commitment to quality and service in part by implementing standardized protocols and a single PACS/voice recognition environment throughout all sites we serve (our Regional Timeline).

North Carolina is a great place to live with relatively low cost of living, temperate climate, and easy access to both the mountains and the beach. Depending on your preferred mix of onsite versus remote shifts, living in NC is considered optional, but there are multiple desirable locations within this beautiful state!

Greensboro Radiology is seeking a full-time, board certified / board eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to support our growing practice in Greensboro, NC. A dedicated team of up to 12 radiologists has been providing late shift coverage for the practice for 8 years, both locally in Greensboro, NC and in Hawaii for over 5 years. A desire to work in a collaborative environment is required. There are at least two late shifts covered by the team, these shifts can be either REMOTE and/or ONSITE. The emergency radiology team creates its own schedule and each rad usually works 5 to 9 shifts in a row. Neuro MR/CTA proficiency is not required for this position, as there is additional continuous Neuroradiology coverage. This opportunity can be a full-time, partnership-track position or employed position. The employed position requires a minimum of 100 shifts per year, with the partner-track position requiring additional shifts. Ultimately, once fully-staffed, the emergency radiology team will be providing a 24/7 service, not just late shifts.

The position includes a generous compensation package and a slate of benefits (including a fully funded 401k profit sharing plan with immediate vesting), as well as health, life, disability, malpractice insurance coverage, substantial PTO and ample moonlighting opportunities to significantly increase compensation as desired. Partner-track OR employee position / physician led and governed practice.
