Position Summary

Florida Interventional Specialists (FIS), a dedicated subset of Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) with 13 IRs and 2 NIRs, covering 2 hospitals and over 2000 beds, has added a new 560+-bed hospital in sunny Pensacola, FL. Because of the unlimited growth potential, the hospital is building three new suites for the division.

We are seeking a fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist as the third on the IR team, to perform a wide range of high end IR procedures.. Two (2) Interventional Physician Assistants assist this position.

Full-time, partnership-eligible position with the full range of benefits to include generous PTO, medical insurance, CME, 401K and other benefits.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Perform anywhere from 60-100% IR
  • Procedures include angiography, embolization, Interventional Oncology, ablations, UFE’s, TIPS, etc.
  • Department performs approximately 8000 procedures annually
  • Call shared equally between the IR’s on staff.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must be fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology
  • CAQ certified/eligible
  • Current license or the ability to be licensed in the state of FL is required
