POSITION SUMMARY

Northside Radiology Associates has been the exclusive provider of radiological services at Northside Hospital since 1970. Highly subspecialized and board-certified, we are honored to provide our expertise to the patients and referring physicians of Northside Hospital and its affiliates. Northside Hospital identifies more cancers than any other location in the Southeast. We have a strong relationship with the system and there is a large oncology program with our system. Northside Radiology Associates has an immediate opening for a full time, Body Imager to join our busy team in the metro Atlanta area. This is an onsite, private practice, partnership track position. Employee track option also available. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Northside Radiology Associates is seeking a full-time fellowship trained or experienced Body Imager to support our growing practice in the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate is experienced or fellowship trained in Abdominal, Body, and/or Chest imaging, focusing on CT and MRI of the chest/abdomen/and pelvis, but also capable of reading non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging. PET/CT experience is a plus. Core procedures include CT and ultrasound guided biopsies and drainages.

This opportunity is a full-time, partnership track position or employee track. The position includes a generous slate of benefits (including a fully funded 401k profit sharing plan with immediate vesting), as well as health, life, disability, malpractice insurance coverage, and 8-weeks of PTO.
• Desire at least 50%+ Body imaging cases
• Be comfortable with all aspects of diagnostic radiology
• Be comfortable with procedures under US and CT as well as Fluoro procedures
• Be comfortable with paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, lumbar punctures, myelograms, arthrograms, abscess drainage, and thyroid biopsies.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified and residency trained
in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Board certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology or Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
