Interventional Radiologist Opportunity outside of NYC!

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated radiologist, fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology to staff hospitals and outpatient centers in New York Metro Area. Candidates must share a vision for an integrative and collaborative care model with a multi-disciplinary team.

Procedures performed are: trauma embolization, chemoembolization, Y-90 and other interventional oncologic procedures, UFE's, GI/GU work, biliary intervention, biopsies and drains, venous access, dialysis related interventions including catheters and access maintenance, IVC filters, and peripheral angiography. This position will be spending a majority of the time in IR, balanced with general diagnostic radiology (radiographs, ultrasound, CT).

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comfortable with all aspects of Interventional Radiology
  • Comfortable with general Diagnostic Radiology (CR,CT, US)

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • American Board of Radiology (ABR) certified or eligible
  • Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the state of NY
