Multiple outdoor opportunities including ski resort, multiple golf courses, hiking, mountain biking, and additional recreation in fresh mountain air. Lincoln County Medical Center recently opened a brand new 25 bed two story hospital in mid 2020 which includes a state of the art Radiology department.

Large private radiology group primarily based in Albuquerque, NM with several radiologists covering remote sites throughout the state. We work hard and enjoy time off. We value expertise and the ability to enjoy the great outdoors. Our group is predominantly sub-specialized. We hold an exclusive contract with the largest delivery system in the state. We have enjoyed this stability for over 40 years and work well with our providers. Our capacity to provide in house 24/7 hour coverage allows us additional stability and value to our partners.

The radiologist would read predominantly general radiology/mammography; this position is a day shift located in Ruidoso with opportunity for remote sub-specialty reads covering additional studies performed from two outpatient centers and a busy hospital system including 9 hospitals. Basic procedures skills including breast biopsies, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and fluoroscopy.

Partnership track is 2 years. First year has 9 weeks of vacation. Partners enjoy 11 weeks of vacation. Experience in private practice a plus, but any candidate comfortable with a fast paced reading environment should apply. Robust quality improvement plan in place allows quick feedback on reads. Generous CME allocation.
