Private Practice Partnership Track Radiology Opportunities in Northern Indiana
Subspecialties: Breast Imaging/Mammography, Neuroradiology & Interventional Radiology

SMART Physician Recruiting is working with an extremely stable and reputable private practice radiology group based in Indiana. In a space dominated more and more by corporate entities, this is a fiercely independent radiologist owned group that intends to stay that way. The group boasts a very low attrition rate as well as long tenure from most members of the group. The standard path to partnership is 2.5 years for new grads but negotiable for those who can offer commensurate experience and an entrepreneurial attitude.

Breast Imager

  • This role has significant flexibility concerning case mix as the group will consider a 100% mammography, no weekends role; a hybrid model which allows some exposure to diagnostic studies, or a traditional rotation consisting of 3-4 days/week reading mammo with the remaining days consisting of ER/STAT studies.

Neuroradiologist

  • The group is moving towards more of a sub-specialized reading model so the candidate will have plenty of neuro studies to stay busy and professionally stimulated.

Interventional Radiologist

  • 70% and 95% IR depending upon candidate’s preference. This IR role is unique in the sense that it requires a very diverse skillset including peripheral vascular procedures, oncologic work, and other higher end procedures that are unlikely to be found in other practice settings.
