Neuroradiologist - Austin, TX

POSITION SUMMARY

Austin Radiological Association is a nationally renowned radiology practice with a 65-year history of providing exceptional service and clinical care to the patients of Austin and Central Texas. One of the largest radiology groups in the country, with 115 radiologists representing all subspecialties, it is ranked in the top 10 on the Radiology Business Journal’s Radiology 100.

We are seeking a daytime neuroradiologist, for a partnership track position to join our cohesive Neuroradiology section of 24 fellowship trained neuroradiologists in Austin. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with general radiology. The work environment is both desirable and optimized for efficiency and includes support staff, onsite IT, and optional private or common reading rooms. We cover a range of facility types including stroke centers and level I trauma centers. The schedule has proven to be sustainable and the case mix is rewarding.

ARA serves 20 hospitals and operates 17 outpatient imaging centers. ARA is partnered with the Dell Medical School at the University of Texas to redefine how diagnostic testing is designed, delivered and leveraged to improve the health. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Neuroradiology and adult general radiology

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Board certification or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology
  • Board certification or board eligible in Neuroradiology by the American Board of Radiology
