In order to continue to serve the community on the south side of Chicago, Mercy Cares will be opening a diagnostic center in the heart of Bronzeville at Oakwood Shores, 3753 S. Cottage Grove. Envision Physician Services is proud to be a part of this new venture. A critical component of the outpatient center will be diagnostic testing. The Mercy Care Center will offer imaging services to identify diseases before they become severe and provide patients the right level of care through early intervention and navigation to appropriate providers. Tests that will be performed at Mercy Care Center include: Computerized Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, X-ray, Mammography and Bone Densitometry.

Requirements:

This position requires strong Women’s Imaging skills, including breast procedures, stereotactic and core biopsies, tomosynthesis training, and MRI breast biopsies. Ability and willingness to read general diagnostic and body imaging also required. . General Radiology to include the following areas: X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI and Ultrasound.

Imaging and diagnostic services include:

  • High field MRI
  • 64-slice CT
  • Digital Radiography & Mammography
  • Breast MRI
  • Bone density
  • CT-PET

Qualifications/Compensation Package:

  • Fellowship preferred

  • BC or BE in ABR/AOBR
