Job Description

Well-established Physician-owned Northern California private practice is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiologist. The Clinical practice includes two robust free standing Imaging centers as well as covering local hospitals. Our main hospital is a very busy comprehensive stroke center, the primary referral hospital in the region, as well as a busy Trauma Center.

Our group of physicians includes radiologists with IR, NIR, Neuro, MSK, Body Imaging, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, currently 3 fellowship trained Interventional Radiologists and 2 Neuro Interventional Radiologists. IR service includes a wide array of advanced procedures for treatment of PAD, venous disease, IR oncology (Y-90), kyphoplasty, GI/GU disease. We have an outpatient IR/NIR clinic on campus at our main hospital. Call coverage is divided equally. Our physicians are actively involved with hospital service lines including tumor board, level I trauma and comprehensive stroke care.

A 1-year partnership track position is offered.

We are located in the Northern California Central Valley in close proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area, but with dramatically lower cost of living. The climate is great for outdoor lifestyles with a short drive to local skiing, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Napa Valley wine country, San Francisco, and the beaches of Santa Cruz and Monterey. Some of the physicians live in the Central Valley, while others live in the San Francisco Bay Area with an easy reverse commute.

Job Requirements

Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in radiology, IR fellowship trained and either have an active California medical license or be eligible for unrestricted licensure in California.
