Interventional Radiologist Opportunity in Idaho

POSITION SUMMARY

Medical Imaging Associates is a private practice based in Idaho Falls, ID and serves ID and parts of WY and MT. We have offered full-service inpatient and outpatient imaging to the area since 1967. We are a group of 30 Radiologists providing state of the art professional service to a large network of clients.

A local Radiology Partners division, Medical Imaging Associates is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiologist to support our growing practice in Idaho. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to work as part of a team offering comprehensive clinical care and cutting edge minimally invasive therapies. Our practice currently offers the full gamut of IR service lines including high-end interventional oncology, PAD and portal venous interventions with a level of complexity rivaling many academic centers. We also provide subspecialty interpretations for all vascular imaging including CTA, MRA and vascular US. Interest in large vessel occlusion stroke thrombectomy is also desirable.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open to part-time or full-time candidates. Partnership Track is only available to full-time candidates.
  • Call responsibilities determined by employment structure.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology or Board certified in both Diagnostic and Vascular Interventional Radiology
  • Completed post-residency fellowship training in vascular interventional radiology

  • Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the states of Idaho, Wyoming, Montana
