Remote Day Emergency Radiologist
Subspecialty: Emergency Imaging

Midwest Imaging Professionals, MIP, invites fellowship-trained emergency radiologists, body imaging, or neuroradiology candidates to join our emergency radiology team.

POSITION SUMMARY

The emergency radiology section comprises four fellowship-trained emergency radiologists covering daytime shifts remotely interpreting STAT and inpatient exams. The daytime emergency radiology team covers two daytime rotations during the weekday and one during the weekend.

The position minimizes the number of weekends worked per month and provides above-average time off that allows for greater personal flexibility.

On average, a radiologist will work 130 weekday and 26-weekend shifts for 156 days per year.

The two-weekday daytime rotations are from 7a to 3p and 9a to 5p and weekends from 7a to 5p. Times are subject to change based on volumes.

PRACTICE SUMMARY

The comprehensive Radiology practice consists of approximately 30 multi-subspecialized radiologists with a dedicated Interventional Radiology section and a Radiology Residency program.

  • Fellowship-trained in emergency radiology, body imaging, or neuroradiology
  • Board-certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
