NEURORADIOLOGIST

The Department of Radiology at The Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (RPCCC) seeks a Board-Certified/eligible fellowship trained neuroradiologist at the assistant professor level to join two full time neuroradiologists in a 100% neuroradiology service. Roswell Park is an NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center (one of only two in New York State).

This is a full-time position for a candidate with strong clinical skills in all facets of diagnostic neuroradiology including MRI, MRA, MR perfusion, MR spectroscopy, functional MRI, DTI, CT, CTA and Head & Neck imaging. The ideal candidate should have a level of comfort with procedures including Lumbar punctures, CT guided biopsies as well as a willingness to expand services.

We work collaboratively with the surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and pathologists to provide multidisciplinary care to our patients as well as with RPCCC outreach programs to increase services in our local community.

Our state-of-the-art equipment includes three MRIs (3T GE architect, 3T GE 750, 1.5 T GE artist) and 4 CTs including GE dual energy and 3 helical GE CT scanners. Neuroradiology call is shared among neuroradiologists and includes overnight tele-radiology. We are actively involved in research with our clinical colleagues. Academic faculty appointments are also provided through an affiliation with University of Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
