Radiologists needed due to Growth!

Join a North Carolina private group owned and physician lead practice of 40+ rads! The group is seeking additional Radiologists to join their group reading from comfort of your own home! They serve 3 large hospital systems and 6 owned imaging centers in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. They are looking for candidates with excellent clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills. He/she should be confident, efficient, and comfortable with a fast-paced high-volume practice. Ideal candidates would be fellowship trained in MSK, Body, or Neuro but client will look at all qualified candidates if proficient in most modalities. All positions are employed with benefits.

REMOTE OPTIONS:

• Day Time Hours- Seeking a Neurorad to work Monday through Friday 8 to 5 EST. Salary offer is $500,000 for 42 weeks plus all benefits. An incentive bonus is offered that is tied to productivity. Ideal candidates would partake in call (frequency of call is at the discretion of applicant) and would be paid and addition $5400.00 for each weekend call.
• Swing Shifts- Any fellowship or non fellowship Work 7 of 7 off and choose from 2 pm until 11 pm EST (510k) or 5 pm until 2 am EST, ($535,000) including comprehensive benefits. An incentive bonus is offered that is tied to productivity after 80 RVUS/shift.
• Overnight hours Any fellowship or non fellowship - Choose from working 7 on 7 off, or 7 of 14 off, hours are 9 pm to 6 am EST. For an average volume, working 26 weeks salary offer will be $637,000 and for 17 weeks salary offer is $416,000. In addition, an incentive bonus is offered over 90 RVUS per shift. A comprehensive benefit package is also included.

ON SITE OPTIONS

• Neuroradiologist needed for overnight hours and evening shifts - Responsibilities include interpretation of inpatient and emergency patient radiographs, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and MRI exams. Basic, non-interventional procedures, though rare, including fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided procedures, are in the scope of practice. (Subspecialty back up is available for all specialties 24 hours a day.) There is also opportunity for day work / internal moon-lighting. Work on site 7 weeks on/14 off. Employed position. 500k+ for this position.
• Breast Imager - Responsibilities include interpretation of all facets of breast imaging including image guided breast procedures and general studies including CT, ultrasound, and plain films. Employed position. 400k salary, 10 weeks vacation, no call, nights or weekends.
• Body Imager - Responsibilities include interpretation of all facets of body imaging, nuclear medicine studies, and general studies including CT, ultrasound, and plain films. Employed position. 400k salary, 10 weeks vacation, no call, nights or weekends.
• Pediatric Radiologist - The primary scope of the position will be geared towards both community- and hospital- based pediatric radiology across all modalities including procedures. The candidate should have excellent clinical and interpersonal skills and be confident, efficient, and comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume practice. Partnership track. • Neuroradiologist - Fellowship trained, B/C or B/E. Responsibilities include interpretation of Neuroimaging studies including CT, CTA, Perfusion, MRI/MRA and also general studies including CT, ultrasound, and plain films. On call backup is available for all subspecialties 24 hours a day.
• Interventional Radiologist – 50-75% IR based on the rotation. Call is 1:6 weekdays and 1:4.5 weekends.

Employee and partnership tracks options:

Employee – no call, no weekends. Starting salary is 400k, 10 weeks off plus full benefit package.

Partnership track – 1:4/1:5 weekend call, no weekday call. Starting salary is 300k, three year partnership track = 600k plus 10 weeks vacation plus an additional 3-4 weeks of time off. Comprehensive benefit package will be offered!
