Telerads Needed for a New Jersey group

This New Jersey group is looking for additional daytime Teleradiologists to join their team. The practice is a part of New Jersey’s largest, most comprehensive health network and provides services to a variety of clients including physician offices, Urgent Care centers, stand alone Emergency Room sites, major Medical and Trauma Centers, Community and Teaching Hospitals along the Atlantic coast. Work Monday – Friday from the comfort of your home with a flexible schedule - either 10am -6pm, 11am – 7pm or 3pm – 11pm EST (7-3pm, 8-4pm or noon – 8pm if reading from the west coast) One weekend per month from 8am – 3pm. You can expect approx. 150 studies per shift (a lot of stat and cross sectional). W2 employed position and receive 400k salary first year with increases thereafter. Full benefits including 9 weeks PTO, health, prescription, vision, dental, life, ADD, 3k CME, occurrence malpractice insurance and 401k/profit sharing with contributions and work station. If you prefer 1099 I/C position you would be paid per click (rate sheet would be provided on phone interview).

Private practice of 11 is actively recruiting. The group provides services to 5 community hospitals and 6 joint venture outpatient centers along the Atlantic coast. The practice is an integral part of New Jersey’s largest, most comprehensive health network. All of the hospital campuses are in lovely beach communities and excellent geography to raise a family. Nighthawk is in place from 11pm – 7am so there is never any overnight call required. Work 7:45 am – 5pm Monday through Friday with one weekend a month on site from 8am to 3pm. Partnership option (after 3rd year) requires 1-2 weekend days a month where you will go into the hospital until noon and then teleradiology from home until 11pm.

• IR/DX rad willing to do 50% (community hospital) IR with balance in above general diagnostic studies. IR (angio) call is shared with 3 other IRs and is 7 nights per month. One weekend of DX call per month. If you are called in to do a procedure there is a DX rad as back up.
• Neurorad or MSK rad – willing to do 40-60% in your subspecialty and balance in general (mammo is preferred but not required)
• Breast Imager/General Rad – Ideally fellowship trained but will consider a generalist as long as you read a lot of Breast Imaging and are proficient doing Breast biopsies , both US, Stereotactic and MRI guided. Will have to read general radiology as well.
• Diagnostic Rad – full service Radiologist proficient in all bread and butter general radiology

Receive 400k salary first year with increases in years 2 & 3.
