Permanent Private Practice Radiology Opportunities in Beautiful Greenville, SC

Ark Staffing Solutions is partnered with a private practice radiology group who is recruiting fellowship trained radiologists across all diagnostic radiology subspecialties to help stabilize a new contract in beautiful Greenville, SC. The group is open to offering both employment and independent contractor opportunities.

Positions include:

1 Body Rad to cover shifts ranging from 6a-3p, 8a-5p, 3p-12a Mon-Fri + 8 weekends remote

1 MSK to cover shifts ranging from 6a-3p, 8a-5p, 3p-12a Mon-Fri + 8 weekends remote

1 Neurorad to cover shifts ranging from 6a-3p, 8a-5p, 3p-12a Mon-Fri + 8 weekends remote

1 Mammo to cover 8a-5p Mon-Fri with no weekend responsibility

1 Generalist to cover shifts ranging from 6a-3p, 8a-5p, 3p-12a Mon-Fri + 8 weekends remote

2 Remote General Rads with neuro skillset to read 12a-8a 26 weeks/year either 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off

Employment Options:

Independent contractor:

Compensation: $600k/year fixed payment for:

• 20 weeks remote work & 20 weeks on-site (scheduled as mutually agreed)
• 4 full weekends per year (Sat & Sun) scheduled in two 9-hr shifts

Additional compensation:

• $500/hr for any additional and unscheduled on-call/off-shift work performed
• $500/hr for 4 full weekends per year (Sat & Sun) scheduled in two 9-hr shifts

Malpractice insurance is provided by the group with no tail insurance obligations upon exit. No non-compete.

W2 Employment:

Compensation: $500k annual salary and benefits (401k, healthcare, etc)

Partnership track negotiable based upon experience

CME allowance

Sign-on bonus

Flexible work shifts: hybrid shifts 50% remote via teleradiology and 50% on-site

No requirement to pay tail insurance upon exit with no non-competes

No after hour call requirements
