Northern Light Radiology Associates, a private, non PE backed radiology practice is actively recruiting Fellowship Trained, Board Certified/ Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists across all diagnostic radiology subspecialties to cover our Central Florida UF Health The Villages® & Leesburg hospital locations. If this is not a good fit for you, we would greatly appreciate an introduction - for each referral that results in hiring we offer up to $10,000.00 referral fee. Here are high level terms for each set up:

Employment:

  • 7 days on 7 days off 100% remote
  • Monday – Sunday 8PM EST-8AM EST - $600,000 annual salary with productivity based bonus – 2 positions.
  • Monday – Sunday 8AM EST-8PM EST - $550,000 annual salary with productivity based bonus – 2 positions.
  • Full benefits (401K with company match, healthcare, etc).
  • CME Allowance.
  • Sign-on bonus.
  • No requirement to pay tail insurance upon exit.
  • No non-competes.
  • Administrative support through our MSO.

  • No after-hours call
