This East Tennessee practice of 35+ physicians is seeking a couple of Daytime and 2nd Shift Telerads for ED coverage. The group covers 1 hospital and 3 joint venture imaging centers. The position blends the enjoyment and reward of working with and teaching residents in an academic setting while maintaining the independence of a partner owned and managed practice. Schedule choices are: 7on/7off or 7on/14 off from 7am -4pm and 7on/14 off from 12 noon – 9pm. Receive 450k-500k depending on your schedule choice. The University Medical Center is a 600+ bed Tertiary Care Academic Medical Center and Regional Level 1 Trauma Center with Brain & Spine Institute, Cancer Institute, and Heart Lung Vascular Institute. In addition, group will be adding 3 outpatient imaging centers. This practice of 35+ physicians is seeking a couple of 2024 Fellows - trained in either Women’s Imaging, Neuro Imaging, Abdominal/Body Imaging. The Department of Radiology has 24 Diagnostic Radiology Residents and an established Molecular/cancer imaging research program. The position blends the enjoyment and reward of working with and teaching residents in an academic setting while maintaining the independence of a partner owned and managed practice. Share in 1:5 weekend DX call. The group has a robust internal shift “buy/sell” system that allows those who wish to work/earn more the opportunity to do so and similarly those desiring more time off may also do so by giving up shifts. The practice has a dedicated overnight and after hours service team so you would have no to very little after hours call responsibility. Receive $20,000 sign on bonus and an additional $50,000 support in 4th year of Residency and $50,000 in Fellowship year. Salary is 425k with 40 days off first year, 475k with 50 days off year 2. Partnership after 2nd year earning 600k-650k salary with 55 days off.
