Position Highlights:

• Customizable Compensation Packages - Tailored to candidates’ preferences, including base salary, vacation weeks, and weekend call schedules. All compensation packages include quarterly on-shift production bonuses of $33 to $40 per wRVU.
• Partnership Track Available – A preferred and encouraged pathway, offering profit-sharing and ownership shares, resulting in lucrative partner distributions.

• Generous Benefits – A $5,000 tech/CME fund and 401(k) contributions after six months of service. Additional benefits include internal moonlighting opportunities.
• Flexible Shift Options – Generally 8 to 9-hour shifts, with custom shift requests considered. Opportunities for 7-on/7-off daytime or evening schedules are available.

• Licensing & Credentialing Costs Covered – We handle all the paperwork.
• Smart Worklist Assignment – Subspecialty reads are routed to the appropriate radiologists, ensuring a balanced caseload. Candidates should also be comfortable reading general radiology, covering a mix of outpatient, inpatient, and emergency medicine alongside other subspecialized radiologists. Must be able to do basic procedures.
• Minimal Distractions – Workstation provided, minimal phone calls, and 24/7 Tele-Assist support to screen calls and manage critical result notifications.
• Collaborative, Non-Corporate Culture – No cherry-picking, fair work distribution, and a strong focus on quality through peer review.

Candidate Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. with residency training in Diagnostic Radiology
• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Radiology or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Breast Imaging Fellowship training is preferred but not required.
• MQSA Certification required
• Active Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full time compensation, $500k-$800k+ income, partners earn additional distributions
• Additional earning opportunities, including "Hop-On Hop-Off" moonlighting and “RVU Buckets”.
• W2 employees eligible for a group cash balance plan in addition to a 401(k) with sizable corporate contribution after 6 months of service.
• Commencement Bonus potentially offered along with annual business Expense allowance

Technology &Support:

SRS is partnered with Synthesis (https://synthesis.health), a cloud-native PACS software that eliminates VPN downtime and operates at home ISP speeds with pre-cached cases for maximum efficiency. We also utilize AI for automatic report impression generation. Our 24/7 clinical extenders and IT support staff handle non-clinical tasks, ensuring radiologists can focus on reading.
