Locum Radiologist - Spend the Summer in Alaska!
Subspecialty: Diagnostic Radiology

Aya Locums is seeking a Locum Radiologist to to provide coverage for a client of ours in Anchorage, AK. Coverage is needed beginning in June - ongoing.

Position Details:

  • Onsite position (no remote option at this time)
  • Schedule: Minimum 2 weeks per month
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts.
  • Average Daily Caseload: ~60 cases
  • Modality Mix: 50% cross-sectional, 50% plain film
  • Procedures: Minor procedures and fluoro preferred (not required)
  • Mammography: Screening, diagnostic, and MRI (preferred, not required)
  • Ultrasound: ABD, Pelvic, OB, Vascular/Doppler
  • CT: Head, Body, ADP
  • MRI: Full spectrum including Body, Neuro, Spine, Joints, MRA
  • No Nuclear Medicine or PET scans
  • Voice recognition system in place

Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Radiology
  • Active AK license or IMLC
