Remote Radiologist | Multiple Positions | Sign-On Bonus | $550K - $750K

Position Summary

Inspire Radiology is seeking skilled BE/BC diagnostic radiologists for multiple shift opportunities with its expanding practice. Inspire is employee-owned with no private equity involvement. All positions are 100% remote and have great work/life balance. Independent Contractor and Full-Time Benefit positions available.

Overnight Shift ($525/hour)

• $509,460 Base Salary + $50K Sign-On Bonus
• Shift Coverage: 2 weeks on & 4 weeks off (OR) 1 week on and 2 weeks off
• Shift time: 8 pm – 4 am (PDT)
• 34 weeks off
• Productivity Bonus: $35/wRVU for anything over 8 wRVU per hour

Swing Shift ($450/hour)

• $655,200 Base Salary + $50K Sign-On Bonus
• Shift Coverage: 7 weeks on AND 7 weeks off
• Shift Time: 2 pm – 10 pm (PDT)
• 26 weeks off
• Productivity Bonus: $35/wRVU for anything over 8 wRVU per hour

General Day Shift ($350/hour)

• $560,000 Base Salary + $50K Sign-On Bonus
• Shift Coverage: Monday-Friday (no weekend/no call)
• Shift Time: 8 hours a day, scheduled anywhere between 4 am – 5 pm PDT
• 12 weeks off
• Productivity Bonus: $35/wRVU for anything over 8 wRVU per hour

Your Skills & Qualifications

• ABR or AOBR board-certified or eligible
• Versatile and adaptable with a broad radiology skill set
• Comfortable with STAT, ER, and urgent cases
• Steadfast commitment to service excellence, fully embracing and embodying the company’s culture
